The full DirectPay process for new parents

ClassWallet DirectPay works like this: you get an invoice from the vendor, log in to ClassWallet, open Pay Vendor, select the vendor, enter the amount, and upload the invoice file in the portal. ClassWallet reviews the submission and pays the vendor after approval. ClassWallet's official Pay Vendor guide describes the same flow.

    Fill out our invoice form

    Open our invoice page and enter your parent or guardian name, your student's full legal name, your email, and your shipping address. The invoice preview updates as you type.Create your AI-Free PC invoice

    Download your completed invoice as a PDF

    Once every field is filled in, the download button unlocks. Save the invoice as a PDF on your computer. You will upload this file inside ClassWallet — you do not email the invoice to ClassWallet or to us for payment approval.

    Log in to your ClassWallet account

    Open the ClassWallet portal for your state program. If you are an Arizona ESA family, you typically reach ClassWallet through the Arizona ESA ClassWallet page. Alabama CHOOSE Act families can use the Alabama CHOOSE Act ClassWallet portal.

    Open "Pay Vendor" on your ClassWallet dashboard

    On the ClassWallet home screen, click the Pay Vendortile. You can also open it from the menu in the upper-left corner. This is ClassWallet's DirectPay flow — it is how you pay approved vendors who are not checkout vendors in the marketplace.

    Search for "AI-Free PC" and click Pay

    Search for AI-Free PC in the vendor list and select us. Our legal business name is McCarty Ventures, Inc.. If you do not see us, confirm that your state program is approved for AI-Free PC and that your ClassWallet account is active and funded.

    Enter the payment amount

    Type $619.00 as the payment amount. It should match the total on your invoice exactly. If your program lets you split payment between ESA funds and private funds, enter how much should come from your ClassWallet balance in the amount-from-wallet field.

    Upload your saved invoice PDF

    This is the step many families miss. You upload the invoice file inside the ClassWallet website on the Pay Vendor form — ClassWallet accepts PDF, JPEG, or PNG files (up to 10 MB and 5 pages). Drag and drop your saved invoice or click Browse to select it from your computer. You are not emailing this file to ClassWallet support unless they specifically ask you to.

    Choose your funding source and expense category

    Select the purse or funding source for your program (for example, Arizona ESA). Then choose the expense category that best matches an educational laptop or technology purchase. Exact category names vary by state; look for options such as technology, computer equipment, or educational materials. Add a short comment with your student's name and shipping address if there is a notes field.

    Review and submit

    Check that the vendor name, amount, uploaded invoice, student name, and category all look correct. Click Next or Submit to send the order for program review. You should receive a confirmation email from ClassWallet after submission.

    Wait for approval, then we fulfill your order

    ClassWallet and your state program review the payment. After approval, ClassWallet sends payment to us directly through DirectPay — you do not need to pay out of pocket when using approved ESA or CHOOSE Act funds. Do I email the invoice to ClassWallet?

No. You upload the invoice PDF on the Pay Vendor form inside your ClassWallet account. ClassWallet uses that uploaded document to review and process your payment. You only email us if you need help with your order.

Is AI-Free PC in the ClassWallet marketplace?

AI-Free PC is currently available as a DirectPay vendor, not as a marketplace checkout item. That means you create an invoice on this site and submit it through Pay Vendor.

Which state programs are approved?

We are currently approved for Arizona ESA and Alabama CHOOSE Act DirectPay. We are applying to additional ClassWallet state programs.

What if my payment is rejected?

ClassWallet will email you with next steps if a payment is rejected. Funds return to your account so you can fix the invoice or category and submit again. Common issues include missing student names, wrong amounts, or unclear descriptions.

Can I use a reimbursement instead of Pay Vendor?

Pay Vendor is the recommended path when the vendor is already registered in ClassWallet. Reimbursement is a separate workflow that requires you to pay first and submit receipts afterward. DirectPay is simpler for AI-Free PC orders.
